After an excellent experience with The Duchess by Tantus, I was looking forward to trying 
something similar. So when I got the chance to review the Cush O2, I jumped at it. It looked like it would the perfect follow up. Read on to see how it fared in general and compared to my beloved Duchess.
The Cush O2 is a dual density dildo made by Tantus. It is made entirely of silicone, which makes it a breeze to clean. It can be thrown in the dishwasher, washed in a bleach solution, or boiled. As it is a dual density toy, the firmness varies throughout the toy. The base is very firm for easy holding, while the shaft is firm in the core with a softer outer layer. The head of the dildo is super soft and extremely squishy and when it arrived, I spent the first half hour just squeezing it. It is surprisingly soft. The Cush O2 is 7″ in length, with a maximum diameter of 1.75″. It features a prominent head and coronal ridge, although the ridge is very soft and has quite a bit of give to it. There is also a ridge that runs along the shaft of toy starting near the frenulum and ending midway down the shaft, on the side of the coronal ridge. This too is fairly soft. I have the Cush O2 in Candy, but it also available in Ice and Twilight.
The Cush O2 requires a lot of lube. It’s soft surface seems to suck up every drop of Sliquid I used on it. However, due to it’s soft silicone, it was incredibly comfortable to insert. It feels like a much smaller toy. The ridge along the shaft felt great during slow thrusting, 
however during faster thrusting it was far less noticeable. I had high hopes for the prominent coronal ridge and head, but due to the ultra soft silicone, I was a bit disappointed. The head just grazed gently against my prostate, teasingly. No matter how I angled it, I could never get “intense” prostate stimulation. Thrusting is incredibly comfortable, but never mind blowing.
While there is absolutely nothing wrong with the Tantus Cush O2, I personally think there are better options. It is a dual density silicone dildo. It is well made by a respectable company. It is incredibly comfortable but has very little prostate stimulation. If you are looking for something more intense, I would recommend either the The Vamp or The Duchess, both of which are made by Tantus.
